Happy Friday! On April 12, 1992, Disneyland Paris opened and so this year it is celebrating its 30th anniversary! Disneyland Paris is the only international Disney Park I’ve been to and so to celebrate (and enjoy a taste of Paris at home), I made these copycat Celebration Mickey Sandwiches! Just like the ones Disneyland Paris is serving for its anniversary, these homemade Mickey pretzel buns are filled with French style ham, Swiss cheese slices, and Laughing Cow spreadable cheese!…
