Happy Friday! I’m just getting back into the kitchen after being on a wonderful Disney Cruise and I’m excited to share this Disney Cruise Line Gelato Milkshake! Inspired by the milkshakes served at Sweet on You on the Disney Fantasy, this thick and creamy gelato milkshake will have wishing for some sweet days at sea!

While I’ve been on the Disney Fantasy before, this cruise was the first time I tried the gelato at Sweet on You. In addition to their large selection of gelato, ice cream, and sundaes, they also have speciality cupcakes, cookies, and other sweet treats! At first, I tried a scoop of their gelato. It was so good that the next day I went back to try one of their milkshakes. All of the milkshakes are made to order with whatever flavor of gelato you’d like! They come with chocolate or caramel syrup, whipped cream, and a souvenir milkshake glass.

The milkshake I had on the ship was hazelnut flavored, but my dad had a sea salt caramel one and when I found sea salt caramel gelato at the store, I knew I had to make a milkshake at home! I used Talenti’s sea salt caramel, which actually had bits of chocolate in too!

To make the milkshake, combine the gelato and 1/2 cup of milk in the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth and transfer to a syrup lined milkshake glass. For this milkshake, I drizzled caramel syrup down the inside of the glass. Add a swirl of whipped cream and top with more caramel drizzle!

Enjoy this Disney Cruise Line Gelato Milkshake!
