Happy St. Patrick’s Day! My family has always celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with corned beef, cabbage, and some kind of Guinness or Bailey’s dessert. To keep with this tradition, I’m excited to share these adorable pots of gold!

Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite Disney movies. I love all of the characters but as a reader, who would often spend hours getting lost in a good book, I felt a kinship to Belle and her desire to find adventure in the great wide somewhere. I was so excited when the Be Our Guest restaurant opened at Disney World because I loved the idea of getting to go inside Beast’s castle.…
