Happy Friday! It’s almost Earth Day and I’m excited to share Mickey’s Earth Day Pudding! This super easy to make vanilla pudding is dyed green and blue and swirled together to make Earth. Of course, everything is better Mickey shaped so it’s served in a fun Mickey shaped bowl!
For this recipe, I went super simple and used store bought pudding mix. You can definitely make your own pudding, but I have a soft spot for store bought pudding and liked how fast this recipe came together.

To make Mickey’s Earth Day Pudding, start by making the vanilla pudding according to the box instructions. I used Jello’s Instant Vanilla Pudding mix, so I added 2 cups of cold milk to the pudding mix and whisked them together for 2 minutes.
Once the pudding is combined and thickened, divide it into 2 bowls. I added a few drops of blue gel food coloring to one bowl and a few drops of green gel food coloring to the other. I used the sky blue and leaf green colors from Ann Clark’s Gel Food Coloring Set. After mixing the colors together, let the pudding rest for 5 minutes and room temperature.
To serve the pudding, place spoonfuls of green and blue pudding into the a Mickey shaped (or other shape) bowl. For these, I used a couple bowls that I got from the Disney Store a few years ago. They’re no longer available from the Disney Store but they sometimes pop up on online resale sites. Place the 2 colors over each other so that the bowl is filled with pudding and there’s a pattern that resembles the earth. Once the bowl is filled, give it a gentle shake to spread the pudding into an even layer.

- 1 3.4 oz package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 cups milk
- green gel food coloring
- blue gel food coloring

- small Mickey shaped bowls
- whisk
Instructions
Mickey’s Earth Day Pudding

In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and the milk. Whisk together for 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Divide the pudding into two bowls.

Add a few drops of green gel food coloring to one bowl and a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the other. Stir together until the colors are fully incorporated.

Place spoonfuls of the two colors of pudding into a small Mickey shaped bowl. Alternate the colors of the pudding to make an earth pattern. Once the bowl is filled, gently shake the bowl to spread the pudding into an even layer.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Keep any remaining pudding in the refrigerator.
