Ingredients

Mickey’s Earth Day Pudding

  • 1 3.4 oz package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • green gel food coloring
  • blue gel food coloring

Instructions

Mickey’s Earth Day Pudding

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and the milk. Whisk together for 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  2. Divide the pudding into two bowls.
  3. Add a few drops of green gel food coloring to one bowl and a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the other. Stir together until the colors are fully incorporated.

  4. Place spoonfuls of the two colors of pudding into a small Mickey shaped bowl. Alternate the colors of the pudding to make an earth pattern. Once the bowl is filled, gently shake the bowl to spread the pudding into an even layer.

  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Keep any remaining pudding in the refrigerator.
