Happy Friday! With this hot weather, it’s been feeling more like summer, which is getting me excited for an upcoming trip to Disneyland! And so, this week I’m excited to share these Grand Californian Blackberry Nojitos! Inspired by the Blackberry Mojitos served at the Napa Rose at the Grand Californian Hotel, this nonalcoholic version has fresh blackberries, lime juice, and mint! It’s a wonderful bright and refreshing treat on a hot day!

At Disneyland, these drinks are alcoholic, but this version is not and is tasty enough as is, that it doesn’t feel like you’re missing the alcohol. However, if you do want to make it a true mojito, feel free to add your favorite rum or tequila. Or if you want to make it like they do in the Parks, they actually use blackberry vodka.

This drink comes together quickly. You just need fresh blackberries, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, agave nectar (or simple syrup), club soda and ice. In terms of equipment, you’ll just need a cocktail muddler and spoon.

Start by placing the blackberries, mint leaves, agave nectar, and lime juice in a tall glass. I used the clear tall version of these Jupiter Hobnail Drinking Glasses from Pottery Barn. I was super excited to find out that they also use the pink version of these glasses at Citricos in Walt Disney World!

Use the cocktail muddler to muddle the blackberries and mint leaves in the glass. Then, add the ice and club soda. Stir it all together and then garnish the drink with more mint leaves and, if desired, a blackberry Mickey Mouse.

You can make these blackberry Mickeys by inserted two toothpicks into a large blackberry so that the tops come out of it. Then, press two smaller blackberries onto the tops of the toothpicks to make Mickey ears.
