Happy Friday! This summer has been super hot and there’s no better way to cool off than with some frozen juice pops! These Donald & Daisy Juice Pops are a super easy, refreshing, and fun summer treat!

Last year, I made these super cute Mickey and Minnie Mouse Juice Pops with molds from Daiso Japan. When I saw they released new Donald and Daisy Duck molds this year, I knew I had to make another round! I’ve really liked the molds I’ve gotten from Daiso. They can be a little hard to find if there’s not a store near you, but you can sometimes find items on Amazon, eBay or Mercari.

These juice pops are super easy to make as they’re just a mixture of a simple sugar syrup and fresh fruit juice or another drink, like lemonade. For these, I used lemonade, with a couple drops of blue food coloring, for Donald and a strawberry apple juice from Red Jacket Orchards for Daisy. Feel free to use your favorite juice!

Start by making the simple sugar syrup. Place the water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Remove the mixture from the heat and transfer to a heat-safe bowl. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place the silicone molds on a small baking sheet. I used four molds from Daiso Japan, but you can use your favorite molds.

Stir the juice into the chilled sugar syrup and pour the mixture into the molds. Freeze the juice pops for at least 6 hours before removing them from the molds.
