A taste of Disney World at home!
Using spatula, press mixture into baking sheet (covered in cooking spray or wax paper). Once spread out, spray cookie cutter with cooking spray and cut out the krispies. Move cut out krispies to second baking sheet covered with wax paper.
If coating in chocolate, leave krispies to cool while you prepare the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate, stirring with rubber spatula until smooth.
Use rubber spatula and/or flat frosting spatula to cover ears in chocolate.
Once covered, add sprinkles before chocolate sets.
Place krispies on wax paper and let chocolate set. Krispies can be kept in the fridge, just allow them to come to room temperature before eating.
