Happy Friday! It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day and I’m getting ready with Mickey’s Lucky Clover Shakes! These fun mint green milkshakes are made with mint chip ice cream and Oreos. Topped with whipped cream, shamrock marshmallows, and Oreo Mickey ears, they’re perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
These milkshakes are very easy to make as you just need ice cream, milk, Oreos, and green gel food coloring! I used a mint chip ice cream, but if you don’t like mint, you could also use vanilla or cookies and cream, as both would be great with the mixed in Oreos. I really love the added Oreo flavor, but you could also omit the Oreos if you prefer a pure mint flavor.

To make the milkshakes, combine the ice cream, Oreos, and milk in a blender. I used mint chip ice cream from McConnell’s, which had a lovely peppermint flavor. Since their mint chip ice cream is white, I also needed to add some green gel food coloring to the blender to give the milkshake color. Since the Oreos will also color the milkshakes, you might still need to use a little bit of food color if you’re using a green mint chip ice cream.
Blend everything together until it’s creamy and smooth. Transfer the milkshakes to one large glass or two smaller glasses. Top the milkshake with whipped cream, two Oreo Mickey ears, and if desired, some shamrock marshmallows!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Enjoy Mickey’s Lucky Clover Shakes!
