Happy Friday! Yesterday, Disneyland celebrated its 70th anniversary! And I couldn’t resist making a batch of Funfetti Mickey Waffles to celebrate. Mickey waffles are the perfect celebration food and this colorful variation is party ready! Made with my favorite waffle maker from Select Brands, these waffles are packed with rainbow sprinkles!
Mickey waffles are probably my favorite breakfast item when I’m in the parks but I also love how versatile they are! These waffles are very easy to make as they use the waffle mix from the parks and some rainbow sprinkles! If you’re looking for some more Mickey waffle ideas, check out my collection of waffle recipes!

To make these waffles, start by whisking together the egg and water in a medium bowl. Add the waffle mix and whisk until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and rainbow sprinkles. Cook the waffles according to your waffle maker’s instructions. I used Golden Malted waffle mix, as that’s the brand that’s used in the parks, but you can also use your favorite waffle mix!
For these waffles, I used my Mickey Mouser Double Flip Waffle Maker from Select Brands. I absolutely love this waffle maker as it works great and makes the exact waffles you get in the parks! They also have Mickey and Minnie Mouse version!

Enjoy these Funfetti Mickey Waffles! Happy 70th Anniversary Disneyland!
