Happy Friday! Earlier this week, Walt Disney World’s Enchanted Tiki Room celebrated its 10th anniversary since it reopened in its current version. While the colorful animatronic birds are the centerpiece of the Tiki Room, the Dole Whips are what have my heart. And so, to celebrate the Tiki Room, I’m excited to share these Disney Parks Dole Whips! Just like the ones the in the park, these Dole Whips are made with pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and non-dairy vanilla ice cream!

I used the recipe shared by the chefs at the Disney Parks. And so, these Dole Whips are just like the ones in the Parks. It’s a super easy recipe that comes together quickly. All you’ll need is a blender, frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and non-dairy vanilla ice cream. For my Dole Whips, I used Dole brand frozen pineapple chunks and canned pineapple juice, and Oatly Non-Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream.

There are many different kinds of non-dairy ice cream and any of them will work. I picked Oatly because I like non-dairy ice creams made with oat milk as they’re texture is creamier. Non-dairy ice cream typically has coconut has well, which adds a nice underlying flavor to the Dole Whips. If you’re unable to find non-dairy ice cream or if you’d prefer to use regular vanilla ice cream, that will work too!

To make the Dole Whips, add the pineapple chunks, juice, and ice cream to the blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture feels too thick, add more pineapple juice, a little at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.

Once it’s blended, serve it immediately. If you’re looking to make the standard swirl, transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the mixture into bowls, making a swirl pattern. If not, just scoop the mixture directly into your serving bowls.

Enjoy!
