For this platter, I used a large round plate, a star cookie cutter, and some of my favorite berries! To fit with Captain America’s shield pattern, you’ll foods that are red, white, and blue. For mine, I used raspberries, blueberries, and yogurt covered pretzels. You could also swap in strawberries for the red fruit, bananas for the the pretzels, or blackberries for the blueberries!

Start by placing the star cookie cutter in the center of the plate. This will later be filled in with sweetened whipped cream. You could also swap in a pastry cream or something similar. Place the raspberries along the perimeter of the plate until there’s a full circle. Then, add the yogurt pretzels directly below them to create the white circle.

Next, add another circle of raspberries and then fill in the space between the raspberries and the star cookie cutter with blueberries. Finally, scoop some sweetened whipped cream in the star cookie cutter. I ended up making my own sweetened whipped cream by whipping up some heavy cream and sugar, but you could also use store bought whipped cream and just spray it into the cookie cutter.
