These Stitch Cupcakes are rich chocolate cupcakes topped with colorful buttercream frosting and fondant ears!
Stir in a few drops of blue gel food color until the color is completely distributed.
Transfer the blue frosting to a piping bag fitted with a large star piping tip.
Roll out a couple ounces of the blue and pink fondant.
Place the pink fondant on top of the blue fondant and gently roll together to adhere.
Use a sharp knife to cut out 24 ovals. Cut out notches in the sides of the ovals to match Stitch's ears. Gently press the ends together.
