Preheat the waffle maker. Preheat the oven to 200 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

In a large bowl, use a hand beater to beat the eggs until frothy. Add the pumpkin, butter, brown sugar, maple sugar, vanilla, and milk. Beat on medium speed until combined.

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and beat on low speed until combined.

Pour a couple spoonfuls of batter into each well of the Mickey shaped waffle maker. Cook the waffles for about 5 minutes, until they’re crisp and golden around the edges.

Remove the waffles from the waffle maker and transfer to the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven to keep warm. Repeat the steps with remaining batter.
