1cupall-purpose flour
½cupblack cocoa powder

1 ½cupslight brown sugar
10tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted

Dark Chocolate Ganache
1 ½cupssemisweet chocolate chips
½cupheavy cream
colorful candy coated chocolate sprinkles
black gel food coloring

Instructions
Black Chocolate Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and line an 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar together until light. Add the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract and mix until well-combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring on low speed until combined.
Transfer the batter through to the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool in the pan.
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Place the chocolate chips in a medium heat-safe bowl.
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan, just until it is about to boil.
Pour the cream over the chocolate. Let sit for 3 minutes and then stir together until smooth and fully combined.
Add a few drops of black gel food coloring and stir to combine.
Assembly
Use an offset spatula to spread the ganache over the cooled brownies. Let set for 20 minutes.
Remove the brownies from the pan and place on a cutting board or other flat work-surface.
Use a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter to cut out Mickey shaped brownies.
Sprinkle the colorful chocolate candy sprinkles over the top of the ganache.
