Mickey’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites are safe to eat raw and are packed with chocolate chips and topped with chocolate Mickey ears!

heavy cream

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour, heat treated and cooled

semisweet chocolate chips
Decoration

dark chocolate candy wafers
Heat Treated Flour

Option 1: Microwave flour on high until it reaches 165 F.

Option 2: Spread the flour out on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 F, checking every 2 minutes, until it reaches 165 F.
Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

In a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the vanilla, heavy cream, and salt. Beat until combined.

Add the heat treated flour, mixing until incorporated.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

If desired, place cookie dough in the refrigerator to chill until firm.

The cookie dough can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Assembly

Use a cookie scoop to scoop out portions of cookie dough.

Press two chocolate candy wafers into the top of each cookie dough mound to make Mickey ears.
