Celebrate Donald’s 90th Birthday with this frozen mocktail! This blend of pineapple juice, blue curacao syrup, cream of coconut, and lemon sorbet is topped with whipped cream and a candy bow.

Ingredients

Donald’s Frozen Ducktail

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz blue curacao syrup
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 cup lemon sorbet or lemon Italian ice
  • 1 cup ice
  • whipped cream, for garnish

Decoration

  • ¼ cup red candy melts

Equipment

  • silicone bow mold
  • piping bags

Instructions

Candy Bows

  1. Place the candy melts into a piping bag. Heat in the microwave, massaging every 30 seconds, until melted.
  2. Piping the candy melts into the bow mold. Tap the mold on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles.
  3. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until the candy has hardened.
  4. Pop the candy bows out of the mold and set aside until ready to assemble the drink.

Donald’s Frozen Ducktail

  1. Place the pineapple juice, blue curacao syrup, cream of coconut, lemon sorbet, and ice into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the drink into a glass. Top with whipped cream and a candy bow.
