Happy Birthday Donald! Celebrate with these Donald Duck Butt Sundaes! These sundaes are super easy to make, they're just ice cream, whipped cream, and duck feet shaped sugar cookies! Of course, you can also add your favorite ice cream toppings too!

Ingredients
Sundaes
vanilla or another light colored ice cream
whipped cream
favorite ice cream toppings
Duck Feet Cookies
1 ½cupsall-purpose flour
¼teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonbaking soda
½cupunsalted butter, softened
½cupgranulated sugar
1large egg
1teaspoonvanilla extract

small duck foot shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
Duck Foot Cookies
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
Add the flour mixture and beat on low speed just until combined. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring and beat until the color is mixed in.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
Once dough has chilled, preheat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and roll out to between ¼ inch and ½ inch thickness.
Cut out cookies using a small duck foot shaped cookie cutter and transferred to prepared baking sheets.
Chill cookies in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until the edges are just starting to turn golden brown.
Cool cookies for 2 minutes on the baking tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Assembly
Place a large scoop of ice cream in a bowl. Add a dollop of whipped cream to make Donald’s tail and add any additional toppings.
Place two of the duck feet cookies towards the bottom of the ice cream scoop to make Donald’s feet.
