Preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread a thin layer of olive oil over the foil.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the beer and stir using a rubber spatula until well mixed.

Transfer to a well-floured surface and knead a few times. Add flour as needed, until the dough is able to be rolled out or pressed down without sticking to the work surface.

Roll out using a rolling pin to about ½ inch thickness. Cut into shapes using a large Mickey Mouse cookie cutter.

Place cut out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Brush olive oil over the top of the dough and top with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
