Happy Friday! We’re getting closer to Halloween and the spooky bakes continue with this Haunted Mansion Wedding Cake! Similar to the ghoulish treat at Disneyland, this three tiered white cake, inspired by Constance Hathaway, is filled with cherry filling and decorated with cream cheese icing and cherry blood speckles.

Happy Friday! This week I finished the last of the RunDisney Virtual 5Ks. I’ve really liked this series. It’s been fun way to motivate myself to move more and I’m a little sad to see them come to an end. I don’t think I’m anywhere near ready for the more competitive RunDisney races, so I’m looking forward to seeing what next summer’s virtual series will be!…
